Played the entire game through a single stream/sitting.
Anyone who has played a previous Resident Evil game knows that to unlock all the cool bonuses requires multiple playthroughs so I just wanted to get through the game first on easy to familiarize myself with the layouts of the game for future playthroughs.

Mercenaries Mode requires beating through the game once and using Challenge Points to unlock. So if you're a player that enjoys the FPS style monster hunting, run through the main story however you want to unlock Mercenaries mode as soon as possible. There is also a New Game+ that carries over all the weapons/upgrades/inventory from a previous playthrough, so subsequent runs become even more entertaining.
