In 1990, the US Department Of Transportation came out with a PSA with the Crash Dummies and The Andy Griffith Show. But it's hella confusing. The Andy Griffith Show came out in 1960 yet seat belts weren't made standard on cars till 1968, but seat belt laws weren't put into place till 1984, but the US didn't enforce them till 1992, but the US didn't crack down on seat belts till 2008. Try not to wrap your head around the logic
