It doesn't cast fast enough to warrant subbing PH to fully utilize it. UH bosses have insane range and amount of attacks, that it invalidates most of this wep's potential. If you're dodging attacks all the time to not get 1 shotted, then you're not doing much dps in the long run. It looks nice in a training dps test I suppose.

Going to have to level up etoile sub to see if it can tank well enough to be able to just spam it with these, even if it's slower at gaining focus. I have my doubts though because even Hu/Et can get chipped down pretty fast to half in UH still until ET heals proc.
