*I personally prefer the reduce cast time with increase pp cost on zanverse but the pp increase might cause trouble for new phantoms so thats why I chose the lower pp option here. Test it out and see what suits your playstyle* =)

Extra stuff I should have included or forgot in the video:

1) Skill Rings:
L/Ph Lock-On Bomb
R/C Strike which gives Crit and Crit Dmg for all atk types because ph rod tech scales with t-atk while ph rod PAs scale with Striking modifier x)

2) Phrase Decay can be obtain by Special Factor Ability of weapons like the Basilis series.

3) Thanks to xorune for bringing this up:
Mag Action Megid does the most efficient damage.
L / Mag Excite increase the rate at which mag attacks. The left side rings can be added onto our units at the weapon lab.

4) Edit 28/12/20: Photon Stream PP and Rank:
Sorry my part about the photon stream in the video is wrong.
At rank 5/5 photon stream the conversion is 5% and max bonus is 10% which means 100pp for 5% damage therefore we need 200pp to receive 10% (i.e max) damage.
I did some calculations and these are the pp needed to get max bonus at the different ranks.
