I reverse pickpocketed a Solitude guard with a Daedric Sword with the Fiery Soul Trap enchantment, along with an empty black soul gem. I bumped Vittoria Vici, so she would cross where he was practicing with his weapon. No bounty was incurred, as it was the guard who killed Vittoria Vici.
