This is PSX Doom wad titled Fall of Triton by rockhardgamer45. This is the third demo of Fall of Triton, including levels 10-12 and Hades Mountain is the last level.

The first two levels were a bit easier, but Hades Mountain is not only bigger, but tougher as well. Such ammo fest you had in MAP10 is a distant memory, here you'll have to start utilizing other weapons too.

So what is Hades Mountain exactly? It is Mt. Erebus inspired hellish level which manages to capture the tension and despair felt by the gamers of the 90's. The starting area is very "Erebusish" and for a moment you may feel like you were playing Mt. Erebus. The atmosphere is strong, supported by solid lighting.

Gameplay is a bit more difficult than in previous maps, ammo isn't found that often and using it right can make a big difference. Hades Mountain is also very large, and completing it takes 10+ minutes. Even it is a big map, the flow is quite decent, so you don't really get lost or feel flustrated at any point. The flow however kinda "breaks" in the end where the last key is located very far away when compared to the "key hub" where all the coloured doors are, and backtracking can be a bit confusing.

Design-wise, Hades Mountain is clearly the best of this set of maps, it has it's shortcomings, such as overall flatness, excluding the start, but variety is far greater here than we saw in the previous maps.
