So, out of dusty shelf the CD still holds to this day.. not really, i made an ISO from a really scratched disk few years ago. which is now lost :P
Yeah i have no idea why or how i just recalled this game after 20+ years holy moly, but man i just felt the urge to master it. Took me about a week of everyday playing to reach the final boss without using the quicksave/quickload exploit of emulators. The run isn't perfect.. not at all but it was my best for the time being. It is just impossible not to die in this game, so zero deaths run would require no life or a ton of quickloading, which is lame and not fun after you get a hang of the controls, movement n stuff.. (i did it once though).

What kept me going was this amazing soundtrack. If we exclude some lame boss battle track's then we can say every level ost rocks. And the visuals man.

I highly suggest returning to these games if you want to fully wake up your peripheral vision. Its a good skill to have in traffic or anywhere where stuff happens.
