The map starts without any enemies, you have to pass through a short and dark cave carefully until you get to a 3-way crossroad. The left path is the one you'd choose first as you get much ammo and weapons while on the other 2 there are only enemies.
The middle path is closed so you have to go right after going through the left one. The right path leads you to a big ice-room with an iceberg in the center (there's also a Cyberdemon on the "summit" who tries to shoot you whereever you are :P). If you're trying to kill everything this room will take you quite a while.
