The last puzzle step note:
As of now no one knows the official last step on how to get the phone to ring which triggers the last scene. Many people had different ways to solve this and it usually takes take 2-5 hours. I believe this means that the puzzle randomizes each time you reset. Two main triggers is the woman crying and baby laughing (twice) my suggestion is to keep traveling between the radio, phone and clock till you hear baby laughing twice then check the phone.
