I was really dumb, I should've seen that the last time I tested was the 3.2 but now we are here with the 7.1 due to a good guy, who told me to do such...

*Really sorry for the worst video quality and external capture, my monitor is pretty tired and so is my mobile phone, I just wanted to show the actual performance, nothing more intended...
*And don't get misguided it was the first and last video using external capture, I won't do any in the future until I make a good setup for it, at least a good mount and a capture device...
*Finally, don't focus on the gameplay, just see the overlay numbers, I know I sucked in TDM due to my concentration on recording xD

Wow, runs pretty good and almost lag-free, you can pretty much say that this game has become playable once again due to the good new 7.1 (Beta) on low-end systems...
The bad thing is you can't really get to 90 FPS with a core 2 quad, you can see well in the video that CPU is maxed out at 60 FPS and crying, on the other hand, we see good near 85-90% GPU usage, which means with a better CPU, you'll get 70-90 FPS easily (at least in classic games) with this GPU...
If you use Balanced or HD quality, (I tried but not shown in the video) gives almost the same or 3-6 FPS less...
So, you can use the settings you want and play it pretty well...
