How To Unlock:
As always, there are a total of 20 crow skulls to collect in The Cursed Swamp. Here are the locations of each skull:
When you first encounter the owl, navigate through swinging spike logs. Between the first and second log on the right side, you'll find the first skull.
After a platforming section across towers, you'll enter an area with waves of enemies. Defeat them to access the collectable skull.
In a tall tower with rotating platforms, reach the roof of the tower (before reaching the rotating platforms) to find the crow skull.
Once you pass the rotating platforms, you'll arrive at another area with waves of enemies. Defeat them, and the skull will become accessible.
In the same area as the previous skull, there are boats on a small pier. The skull is located on the fourth boat.
Progress further until you reach another area with waves of enemies. Defeat them as usual, and a skull will become collectable.
To the right of the previous skull, there is a blue/white platform. Look further out, and you'll find a skull behind some crates. Jump across the boat to reach it.
Navigate through swampy platforms and reach another cauldron. In front of you, there will be scaffolding with the skull atop it.
After a balance beam section, you'll descend to a new area with waves of enemies. Defeat them, and the skull will be available to pick up along the main path.
You will encounter the stranger again, who asks you to retrieve a mushroom. When you reach the second mushroom that needs to be used, you'll notice some crates in the water on the left side. Further ahead, there is a small island with an enemy. Jump to that island and continue on to find a skull at the end.
A bridge with swinging logs will appear. Cross it, and after using another mushroom, two paths will appear. Take the left path to find a skull.
After the first horse ride, you'll come across an area with more enemies to defeat. Once you defeat them, you can pick up the skull in front of a mushroom.
Cross the three bouncing mushrooms ahead and reach a tower with a skull on top.
Immediately after the above skull, there will be a bridge that you need to knock down with L1. On the other side, climb a tower, and on the roof, you'll find another skull.
Destroy several rat nests, and nearby, you'll find a skull to pick up.
After encountering more spiked logs following some mushrooms, you'll drop down to an area with a third log. Before proceeding past the log, turn around and look for the skull hidden within a tree.
After the second pumpkin skull mini-game and the second horse ride, you'll reach another area with multiple enemies to defeat. Once you defeat them, you can pick up the nearby skull.
In the same area as the previous skull, climb up a small hut to the right of the mushroom you need to use, and you'll find the next skull.
When the area you're in turns purple, you are close to the next skull. Look for a large broken boat on the right side and cross it to find the skull on the other side.
The final ride occurs after the boat ride in the crow-infested forest that leads to death if you deviate from the main path. Follow the main route to a pillar in the middle of a clearing, and behind it, you'll discover the final skull.
