6Aran Ryan is still the cheat that he is, using more headbutts and elbows this time around, and he even brought in a weapon! This time you need to counter the first hit, then dodge the next before you can get in a 7 hit combo. When he uses his weapon, watch how he swings it first, then dodge accordingly. If he does an overhead swing, duck. If he slams down, dodge to the side. You can still block his headbutt from the ropes and counter for a Star. When you've knocked him down, be ready to duck or dodge as he'll swing his weapon before hitting the mat. If you knock him down with a jab, duck. A body shot requires you to dodge.
Soda Popinski has gotten some new pop, to increase his strength. But the more he misses, the more punches you can land. He still gives very little reaction time with his attacks, so be quick. With any luck, you can land a good 15 punches on him. Other than that, he's still the same as before.
Bald Bull has been training with an actual bull, making himself resistant to knockdowns. Case in point, regular knockdowns don't work on him anymore. You need to hit him with a Star Punch in order to get a knockdown. Delayed punches seem to get you stars randomly. An easy(or not so easy) way to get a star is to do a regular knockdown and let him pick himself up. After 2 punches, he'll taunt. Punch him during the taunt for a star. Another way to get a star is to counter the Bull Charge, which is much faster this time around. Good luck!
Super Macho Man has increased his speed and power, and added two new attacks to his list, both of which are wild uppercuts, but from opposite directions. His Super Macho Spin is faster too, giving less reaction time. How quickly you dodge the first one will determine whether or not you will dodge the next two. If one hits, you're down. As for his uppercuts, dodge in the same direction as he's coming from then counter.
And the final bout against Mike Tys-I mean Mr. Sandman is no pushover either. Taking a page from "Iron" Mike Tyson from the original Punch Out on the NES, Mr. Sandman now does the same Wink Uppercut that Tyson did. They're fast, and incredibly strong, giving very little reaction time, AND doing massive damage if you either dodge in the wrong direction, or don't dodge at all. Thankfully he only does the Wink Uppercuts at the start of each round, and after a knockdown(either you or him). His other moves are still the same, only stronger, especially the Dreamland Express. After he's knocked down 4 times, he goes into a rampage, launching several Wink Uppercuts, which can knock you down in just 2 hits. After he's exhausted himself, however, you can finally land at least 10 jabs to get a Star, then finish off Sandman
