How to punish Talim (including frame data)

Game Version 1.11

*Moves that can transition into stance.
The stance transition changes the recovery of the moves, which means that the
block punish for the moves without transitioning may whiff or get beaten by
stance follow ups. Unless stated otherwise it is probably better to just block
instead of attempting to punish moves that lead into stance.
E.g. Talim's 6BB is -16 on block, meaning you would punish it with 6KA.
6KA is still going to beat 6BB2_8 but is going to whiff and/or get beaten by
6BB4 and 6BB6 transitions/follow ups.

(WC) = Wind Charmer
(WS) = Wind Sault
(WF) = Wind Fury

I am not going to show autoGI LH anymore unless I think the reward is worth it.
