Pirate Treasure is just pirate-themed Leprechaun, which is somehow missing some of the charm? Oh and it has volcanoes too I guess.

This video also includes a brief look at two other Moppet Video games which did not get official PTR ratings because of emulation issues - Tugboat (which has a really choppy framerate in MAME for reasons I'm not sure of, would have likely been a 1 anyway), and The Berenstain Bears in Big Paw's Cave (which has an undumped color rom so it looks weird and disturbing).
