Push To Reject - Zeroize (1983 Technos/Data East) [Re-rated]
0So I played Zeroize on episode 18 of PTR, but I didn't have a very favorable opinion of it - I thought it seemed like a cool concept, but I was dying way too easily. It's since been pointed out to me that I wasn't using button 2 at all - which is sort of a "brake" button to slow you down, and lets you recover faster from hits if you can react to it in time. Okay, now that actually makes sense! With this knowledge I definitely enjoy the game more, enough to bump it up from a 2 to a 3. I don't think it feels satisfying enough to be a 4 because enemies start to get really hard to catch and it didn't feel like I was getting to do much sometimes, but that could also be my general inexperience with the game. Nonetheless, I'm happy to say this is a more playable game than I originally thought.
