CONCLUSION

- If Kojima decided (as he said in the past https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=owxT2sAOJQw) that in MGSV will be done something never done before in the videogame history, maybe, could be something like this: the only way left to the player "to advance further in the game" after achieving the "100% completion" will be to stop playing the game itself at all for a determined period of time; if he/she can "accept" and "surmount" this "test"... it'll be only then that he/she'll be "rewarded"...

- We know that MGSV is connected with the Konami servers so there's no "changing PS2 console's date time trick" available this time to perform checkings of this kind and the MGSV save file is also "monitored" when we logging in to the Konami servers so all we have left to do, if this hypotesis is correct, is to see if a player with the 100% completion on his save file can stop to play the game at all, offline mode included, for the longest period of time as possible and to run the game again to see if "something" has been "triggered" in the meantime...
