Putting prom within reach for local honor roll student VIDEO
As a young child, Paige Burns moved around a lot, switching schools nearly a dozen times. Now, the Downriver senior is a member of the National Honor Society, hoping to go to college for urban planning with a focus on housing development. As her senior year winds down, Paige couldn't afford a prom dress -- so a local Detroit boutique owner decided to help the deserving student.
