The Puyo Puyo Box version of Puyo Puyo Tsu was... well, the Mega Drive version. With differences, of course. You couldn't change the voice mode, it's always on B. However, it was okay because the sounds would still play whenever a voice clip is played unlike voice mode B on the Mega Drive. Also, the "Cooking of Puyopuyo" track from Puyo Puyo 1 played instead of the version from Tsu, probably because they're in the same game and were needed for something? Maybe so. Also, Arle does not say "Ite" when getting 1-chained in the 1-player mode. And, the "easy" difficulty is as hard as the one in Puyo Puyo 1 Box, but I still won.
