Played around a bit more with the Emulator's (RPCS3) settings and the game's settings.

The game is more stable in this take (no crashes) but the visuals suffered frame rate drop to 40~53fps when the recorder is active, without suffering audio slowdown with it.

Still haven't found the solution to fix the chain cutout graphics glitch, though...
