This is PUZZLE BOY released in 1989 being played on TurboGrafx-16 using a MiSTer FPGA.

Do you remember the car parking games where you had to get a car out of a car park by sliding cars ?

If you do, chances are they were based on this type of game that came much earlier with the same concept. This is another game that was only released in Japan, but has been patched with an English language mod.
