Event 118, Level 1 (Day 1) of Penny's Pursuit (Week 149) on the highest difficulty, Extra Hot (3 Chilies). Free to Play (F2P) strategy using only free plants to complete all Level and Bonus Objectives! Timing Plant Food use to complete the 2nd objective is super tricky and the hardest part.
I do not use: Power Ups, more than 1 Perk, Coins, extra Plant Food, or boosted or paid/money plants beyond what the level supplies.
