Event 17, Zomboss fight of Penny's Pursuit (Week 24) on the highest difficulty, Extra Hot (3 Chilies). Free to Play (F2P) strategy using only free plants to complete all Level Objectives, based on my Week 9 (Event 7) one (link below). The 7 health bars are depleted with over 1 min 15 sec remaining. I'm a bit sloppy but get the job done.
I do not use: Power Ups, more than 1 Perk, Coins, extra Plant Food, or boosted or paid/money plants beyond what the level supplies.
