I advise playing on the mode Normal (Easy)if trying to only achieve the easy/medium badges.
If going for the hard then the medium will be earned whilst doing the other modes.
Start by playing Insane, Extreme and Normal (Hard) in that order going to the next one when you have achieved PWONG PWNER.
Upgrade powerups as this is what gets you your score because you can spam ammo and use sticky/large paddle loads.
