Quadruple Spawn Krieg vs OP9 to OP10 Peak

Well, folks, I started a challenge run using the spawn multiplier SDK mod for shenanigans. And we made it to OP10!!!! It was pretty long given multiple dukino mom, scorch, and Saturns, all of which are damage checks for the peak. It definitely seems the damage is not the issue, the survivability and chain-ability of kill skills are key factors for success here. RNG for drunk and orc effect does also play a roll, as having them not only increases damage output but ammo efficiency (i.e. Consuming 4 ammo for one hive orb vs 4 ammo for multiple hive orbs). Guess its time to gear up to OP10 gear and attempt some raids that do multiply.
Since I am using UCP and BL2Fix, the build is slightly different. Here is my build:

The only difference is, in UCP one of his unused skills is added, which adds healing when all bloodlust stack decays. It shouldn't change gameplay that much.
