Quake 4 - Lets Play - Escape and Regroup - Part 4
3When we last left off Kane joins with the squad to open the path for the convoy but to do that he needs to help Strauss reach the computer to reduce the temperature so the convoy won't freeze to death. Kane returns to Voss to proceed onward but the laser fence is blocking their way so he goes to shut it down and the convoy has reach its destination but unfortunately the spider destroyed the EMP.
So Kane has to meet up with Strauss below the nexus to reach the power plant and activate the emergency shut down to overload the coolants that will shut off the nexus, since that's done he gets a boss fight with the two spider cyborgs put them down and got beat up by a king of Stroggs Makron.
Kane gets taken to a production facility to be turned into a strogg first they inject you cut you and implant you and then inject you again. after that the scanner in the next room was to activate the chip in his head to control him but the rhino squad arrive just in time.
Kane has to find his way to escape with Anderson but for some reason he gets taken since he doesn't know the important rule of horror games and that is don't go off on your own.
Kane continues onward in the facility got killed a few times and manage to reach the end by fighting this hound.
So that's pretty much it.
