Quake: Arena Arcade has a feature, or bug, depending on perspective, that restricts the player limit you can set on matches when it detects a low upload speed. Unfortunately yet unsurprisingly, the upload speed detection rarely works correctly and many people will find themselves limited to only being able to host 2 player matches online.

Fortunately, this is easy to get around with the simple trick of increasing the player limit in the system link menu, then going back to Xbox Live.
