The route is far from perfect, as is my execution, but I'm including it in case anybody wants to make it less awful.
wave 1
-Shoot enforcers while running to SSG and quad
-Use SSG to kill ogres and shotgun to kill knights
-telefrag shambler
-while killing knights, press both buttons for SNG secret
-kill forward-most ogres with shotgun while in position to grab nail gun
-grab nail gun
wave 2
-ignore zombies
-telefrag knight
-shoot scrags while grabbing the SNG
-telefrag one of the death knights (stand in center of +)
-SNG them all while moving to position to grab GL
wave 3
-use the tail end of the last quad to kill the six vores
-grab new quad to kill shamblers with SNG and GL
-kill remaining stragglers with nail gun
six keys
-jump off ledge to first silver key that spawns two ogres
-use GL to boost to Ogre/grunt key, boost back to fiend key
-grab fiend key, chuck 3 grenades to kill both fiends
-use shotgun to activate RL secret, go through teleporter
-kill shambler and death knights with SNG, vore with GL
-grab 5 knight silver key, telefrag knights, grab NG ammo
-go through teleporter, go skeet shooting (shotgun flying knights), when they reach the ground, swap to SNG
-pet kittens (just kidding, go through the teleporter)
-grab RL, kill ogre, Death Knight, and Fiend, grab silver key, kill spawns, then guess what. (go through the teleporter)
-go up the stairs, grab rockets, mega health, quad (if it's still there), and armor
-either quad rocket boost to gold key, or gl+rl+slope boost to top of map
-rocket jump to golden key, grab quad and pentagram
-NG scrags, rocket vores, SNG shamblers
-jump in the water for the last silver key, kill rotfish, scrags, and the last shambler
-go exit the level
