My previous record clearly showed there were room for improvements:
1. Faster shambler boost directly to the button
2. Bunny jumping from the button to the SNL
3. Placing the grenade for the upcoming boost quicker
4. Grenade boosting directly into the exit and not higher than necessary
With these tweeks, I improved my own record with 2 seconds.
Point 1; I quickly realised that getting a proper shambler boost was hard enough (twice in ~4 hours of playing)
so there was no way of aiming for a "fast" one; getting it was pure luck. Comparing the demos pushed the button
one second earlier.
Point 2; At most, this saved me 1/10th of a second, still something though.
Point 3; When placing the grenade, instead of turning around and placing it in the slope, I threw it against the
wall to bounce back. This saved me about one second.
Point 4; This saved me about 2/10th of a second.

There are some things I could have done better:
I could have started shooting at the shambler a bit faster
I missed a few nails when the shambler hid behind the corner
I shot one unneccesary shell on the shambler
Had I done these things, I might have finished at 0:18 instead.

My guess is that 0:17 would be possible. However, this would be very hard to achieve. Not only do everything need to
go perfect with the boost and killing the shambler, the zombie also need to walk out of the bars and onto the slope
so a grenade boost can be done from it to the exit. Unfortunately, the zombie doesn't really like to leave it's comfy
lair and I only saw it 2-3 times when recording the demo.
