Comments : Decided to finally try my hand at speedrunning Quake, I play a lot of deathmatch but have never really gotten into speedrunning Q1, so I picked the latest record on the site and gave it a whirl and managed to beat a record! I just took more risks with not picking up the armor and trying to keep my HP up so I could do the grenade boost quicker, as well as adding some sloppy attempts at power bhopping into the mix. Not the most glamorous run, but I'm proud of it!
