brainfluid technically lowered this to 0:13 but didn't submit his run.

After checking out the Nightmare run, I found that 0:12 was possible with
only 2 rocket-jumps and a boost from the Shamblers at the end. Since they're
not there on the Easy skill, I just made do with a 3rd rocket-jump.
