the new route actually came to me within a few days of the map being posted, but i sucked in those days(and still today except maybe to a slightly less degree) and i did't know how i could survive the end so i forgot about it.
it just came back to my mind accidently today so i decided to give it a try. it turned out to save about 4 seconds, and faster zombie killing at the start saves another, but i had to give up the rocket push at the end due to inadequate health, and i got a 1:02.3... finally with some luck i managed to preserve enough health to do it and got this time, thank god that a shambler got in fight with a fiend(or that's what i heard), so 5 seconds improvement in total.
i think this route would also work in the er, but i can't do the damn bunny to the window. =\
theoretically there is another trick to save several seconds: gj from the knights after the gold key door to the walkway above, but it requires a maximum height rj and so would be damn hard for grenades.
