Nightmare run of e3m3 in 0:24, beating the previous record by 4 seconds.
I figured out a few years ago that the ogre nade boost at the start is
possible with just one nade, so I was able to get the ER down to 0:22.
It's a bit harder to get a good single nade on NR due to enemies being
more aggressive. However, knocking down the ogre puts it in a position
just far enough away and gives you just enough time to get into position
for the boost. The enemy positioning was perfect past the silver key door.
The run could potentially have been a 0:23 if I jumped straight down to
the button instead of bumping the stairs on the way down, but considering
how lucky you got to be to even get a 0:24, I'm never touching this again.

This beats Peter's 0:28 from 1998 which was the longest standing id record
at the time of recording.
