Those Doom enemies can eat away your armor even with the megahealth in possession. Also, don't forget your first secret at the beginning of this level, the last two is easy to find and can be get right before exiting the level. It looks like the fiends cannot make their full abilities in narrow halls and low ceiling which is good, you still need to watch out though! Zombies can now be killed with any weapons rather than explosives.
