Benchmark run of Quantum Break with all settings set to highest available.

The game was installed on an SSD as it was experiencing severe frame drops with Upscaling enabled on the HDD.
The difference in framerate with Upscaling ON and OFF is sometimes more than 30 FPS. While there is a noticeable image quality drop in static scenes with Upscaling ON I would recommend to keep it when you need to fight off enemies. I would also recommend running the game off an SSD.
