The new #Quest2 is impressive, but it still isn't convincing enough to move off of Rift, at least for me personally. #Oculus #VR

NOTES:
-There are a lot of people commenting about my opinion of Quest 2's audio situation, telling me to either get earbuds or headphones. A few things about this:
1) I care about audio a lot. I'm not necessarily an audiophile, but mine is a subjective preference that many people may not share with me, and that's fine. If you're ok using Quest 2 with earbuds, that's fine and you're not wrong.
2) The Rift's headphones sound nearly as good as the $250ish headset I use for my desktop. I REALLY like them. Also, the way I play games (peaking/laying down in Onward, lots of fast head motion in other games) makes having something else on my head very inconvenient. Earbuds would make that easier, but I'd want earbuds that can deliver the same exact sound as the Rift's over-the-ear headphones.
3) So, for me personally, a solution to Quest 2's audio is to 1) find a pair of headphones that won't move/jostle around while I play and sound exactly as good as the Rift's or 2) find a nice pair of earbuds that sound exactly as good as the Rift's. Maybe you think that's a dumb opinion to have, that's fine, but it's my own, personal opinion.
-My Quest 2 and some of the games in this video were supplied by Oculus.
-I’m not saying the price is lower BECAUSE of audio. I don’t know that for sure. But I think I’m safe in assuming that if Quest 2 had better built-in headphones, it would be more expensive.
-All footage shown is captured from Quest 2, the wider images being Link and smaller images directly from standalone play. I did include some footage from my Rift, but I’ve added disclaimers when doing so.
