Quest for food - Part 3
This is part 3 of my quest for good food in Singapore!! :D
Today I'm introducing some new food that my friends recommended to me and some of my favourite!
The first meal is "Loh Mee" from Tiong Bahru market 83 Seng Poh Rd, Singapore. It's sauce is hot and sweet a little sour from the black vinegar :D
The 2nd dish is at Chomp Chomp Food Centre 20 Kensington Park Rd, Singapore 557269, the fish slice bee hoon and the "small" sugar cane. The rest of the stalls opens only at the evening so go at the right time.
Near chomp chomp food centre I found a durian stall in between Singapore pools and Bengawan Solo bakery which have some nice During King 猫山王 at $8 for the over ripe type, the normal During king will cost more.
The During King 猫山王 is sweet and the seed is very small with lot's of meat on it, the smell is heavenly if durian is your favourite hehe.
The next stall is Ananas Deli located at Bukit Gombak MRT station, they have freshly baked bread which is yummy and have some promotion before closing.
Next is at Vivocity Basement 2 Kopitiam, the laksa mini steamboat is also a nice option and the Yong tau Fu with 7 pieces of veg+meat with curry soup is nice too.
Yong tau fu is a delicacy with customisable vegetable and meat chosen by you at the stall and the soup type from curry, soup to dry.
