The protein cookie biscuit by Quest is reminiscent of an actual cookie. The edges are seemingly baked like a fresh cookie. The inner parts of the cookie are chewier. There is a very strong taste of peanut butter in this, and the top ingredient is peanuts.
Quest did a great job with their protein cookie, I like them, especially the peanut butter flavor.
