My name is Demetris and I live in Berlin, Germany. I want to work as a freelancer web developer. For that reason I would like to ask you about how you manage your time as far as learning web development. How many hours do you dedicate and how do you use this time?

So the Advice I m Going to Give You is 4 Hours a Day Minimum for Learning Coding. If You Can't Put 4 Hours in Learning Programming than This Coding Field is Not For You.
In the Beginning You Need to Spend a Lot of Time in What Ever You Learning.
So 25% of the Time is Coding and Rest of the 75% Time is Watching Video Tutorials and Researching the Programming Functions.
So 1 Hour is Coding and 3 Hours Researching the Stuff Which You are Learning.
Make a Good Learning Plan and Layout a Good Coding Schedule than You Will Be on the Right Track.
