This pretty straight-forward game requires a deck of real cards to be used to play. How it plays is, you spread all the cards on a table, and whenever the game mentions a card, you need to find it and grab it as quick as possible. Whoever has the most cards wins. "Quick Draw" is the actual name, as forcing the Japanese game to load in English seems to show that as the name.
For some reason, this was never localised overseas. I am not sure if this is on the Korean version of the game, since I haven't found much about it, but I have seen many people saying that it is.
