Only use The Complete Experience disc if you follow this video step by step. The original ARR disc downloads the wrong patches, or you will have to find the patches yourself and manually patch.

This video is about the server, not the client. The server works, but you will need the patches that are shown in the install notes. Finding and patching the client is a nightmare.

I can't promise this will work. Also, if you are interested in the Heavensward and beyond stuff, I suggest JOINING THEIR DISCORD and digging through that. It will help WAY MORE than I ever could. If you have questions, I will try to help.
