Fix No Internet Access After Windows Update. All these issues or errors in this video are down to DNS problem, this error could be dns probe finished no internet or dns probe finished bad config.

Fix WiFi Connected But No Internet Access or Fix Ethernet Connected But No Internet

1. First try and reboot your modem and router

2. Check lights on the front or the router or modem

3. Check your ISP’s status

4. Right-click on the network icon in the taskbar and select “Troubleshoot problems.”

5. Try and change DNS settings on a Windows PC

* Open Control Panel.
* Click on Network and Internet.
* Click on Network and Sharing Center.
* On the left pane, click on Change adapter settings.
* Right-click the network icon and select Properties.
* Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) from the list.
* Click the Properties button.
* Click the Use the following DNS server addresses option.
* Type your preferred and alternate DNS server addresses.
* Google Public DNS addresses: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
* OpenDNS addresses: 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220
* Click OK.

6. type “cmd” in search box and right click and open it as an administrator.

Command prompt box will open up, then type

ipconfig /flushdns

if all else fails, try and reset your network or contact your ISP. Remember you can't fix a issue which is to do with your ISP.

7. type “cmd” in search box and right click and open it as an administrator.

Command prompt box will open up, then type these commands one at a time and press enter.

netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns

8. Reboot your PC
