With an example of using a crossbow with a base price of 50 gold:
using 0/0 charisma(cha(/attittude) as the baseline:

3/0 cha/att gives 25% more gold than 0/0

3/100 cha/att gives 65% more gold than 0/0 and 33% more than 3/0
