Quick look: Being Tracked and Collision Detection

Just uploading this in private to show the new tracker and hunter enemies as well as the hit detection.
Trackers (the recolored pokemon): Only look for tracks, and in a small radius. When they find tracks they follow them. If the tracks are larger/more spaced out from running they run as well. They also run if the tracks are fading.
Hunters: the humans following the trackers. They follow the trackers and look out for the main character in a large radius, they cannot look for tracks. When they spot the main character they run at the main character and tell the tracker to do the same. A (!) appears above them when they spot the main character.
Hit detection: Works similar to pokemon, you can go behind buildings/other objects. All entities (this includes buildings), are sorted so those in front are drawn on top.
