Quick look at Plokoth, a free game that dropped 09/07/2021 on steam. A 2D hand-drawn platformer, in a world full of spike, glowing bulbs and pink goop. Fairly simple controllers (movement, jump, dash) that feel fairly responsive. I noticed at the end of the run there is a timer leaderboard for completing the game and time were clocking in at around 40 mins, with the fastest at ~5 min. There is no save feature FYI as it's meant to be completed in 1 sitting I presume. I think there is a lot to love for experienced platform players and people new to the genre (our out-of-shape like me).
