Quick mod something if you just want to knock it over

Basically the mod is a cube of ice and the mesh is the froze object in the center. Simple mods like this can have many spawned at once.
I did not bother putting in reference nodes.
You can use any of the files for the mod to make your own mod, just change the name to yours. Use the jbeam as a template or starting point. Better than writing all that stuff from scratch.
To make this a full dummy that has bendable body parts, that is another job that takes longer. This is very basic.
