   01. Download XAMPP  https://www.apachefriends.org/download.html
   02. Download Microsoft Visual C++  https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/vc_redist.x64.exe
   03. Install Microsoft Visual C++
   04. Install XAMPP
   05. After the installation completes the XAMPP Control Panel will display
   06. Click the box under Service next to Apache and MySQL to run them as Windows Services
   07. Open a web browser and navigate to http://localhost
   08. Welcome to your fully functional WAMP server in under 5 minutes
