When forging a weapon, Sickly Sap is a material that increases Liz's chance to add a skill charge time reduction to the weapon, so skills take less time to activate. This is by far better than adding exp gain or increased drop rate, since the 2 swords I'm using have the highest drop rate bonus (since dual wield adds the 2 up), and since I have more exp gain with 2 other swords than any other single weapon can give me. Plus eventually exp & drops will become obsolete.

Each Sickly Sap adds a 0.2% chance to reduce skill charge time, for a total of a 39.6% chance with 198 of them. Combined with other skill charge time-reducing materials can hit 100% easily.
