Today you can buy a real 2-qubit quantum computer for less than $5K (https://www.spinquanta.com/products-solutions/gemini) or you can use a BASIC simulation on a 41 years old 8-bit computer. 16K ZX Spectrum running at 3,5 MHz is enough.
Something's wrong here.
This project (https://github.com/TheShich/qzx) is a port of qc64 by Davide Gessa (https://github.com/dakk/qc64) for ZX Spectrum family.
You should probably learn what is the quantum computing to understand this.
