This stage is the 3rd from del DLC Set 1, and it appreared to me when I was playing Stage 2 from DLC, after a bug that marked the stage as completed before facing the boss. It is clearly the 1st mission from R-Type Delta, but unfinished! textures are not present and some enemies do not have damage collision implemented. Hopefully we will get a much better version of it at the official release of DLC Set 2!
