Here's my favorite scrolling shooter for the SNES. Harder and more punishing than the previous R-Types, but at least with infinite continues.

About the Shadow force? well, for starters is fairly more powerful and somewhat more useful than the standard force (but still not as cheap than the cyclone force). It's main feature is those small black-green things that folow the force and shoot in any direction depending of your movements. When deatached, those bits shoot in the oposite direction were you are, giving you some kind of control of it. And yes, turbo retrieving

To make the video shorter I decided to cut the parts of the video where I don't reach any checkpoint.
